Customer service is our top priority.  We understand that not everyone understands insurance and may not want to understand insurance.  We are happy to educate our clients to their comfort level or go to bat for them when they need a claim paid.

My husband had a bout of Cancer last year.  I luckily had purchased the Critical Illness Policy for both my husband and myself.  I was in no shape to file on the policy.  I called Darla and she helped me file the policy, followed up with the insurance people and made sure I got the money from the policy.  I am so grateful for her help when I needed it the most.

The Enlighten team ask if we would give them a chance to give us a second opinion about our benefits and I honestly did not think they would be able to find anything better than what we had been doing for years. But these ladies found that we were paying way too much for a premium network that none of our employees were using!  

I cannot imagine doing our enrollment without Megan and her team.  As the HR director I have a lot on my plate.  The Enlighten Team makes my life easier.

I have to admit that I don’t Love Insurance, but the Enlighten Benefits team makes dealing with Insurance manageable.  They are very responsive to my emails and phone calls and they understand our benefits inside and out.

We did not know how we were going to handle our open enrollment this year as we were in the middle of COVID quarantine.  Megan introduced us to the EASE platform, scheduled each employee to do a conference with her and her team in a matter of days!  I can’t say enough positive things about Enlighten Benefits!
